1. Liquid supply tank

The cabinet body is completely closed structure to prevent acid volatilization from polluting the environment; Using acid-alkali corrosion resistant PP(polypropylene) plate combination welding; The front and back of the cabinet are equipped with equipment maintenance doors, and the rear is a detachable door made of transparent PVC material, which can see the internal pipes of the equipment, so as to detect faults in time for maintenance.

Because the strong acid solution has strong volatility, the cabinet is installed with an air extraction system, which can discharge the volatile corrosive gas in time from the liquid supply cabinet, and is equipped with an air volume regulating valve to adjust the air volume; At the same time, the exhaust outlet is installed with a differential pressure gauge, which is used to detect the exhaust pressure. When the exhaust air fails, it will issue an alarm, which is convenient for maintenance personnel to repair in time.

A transmission roller system is installed at the bottom of the cabinet, and a pipette trolley is provided to facilitate the replacement of the liquid supply drum. The cabinet is equipped with PFA pure water gun and nitrogen ***, which is used for washing and drying the residual corrosive liquid of the cabinet. The corrosive area where the liquid supply barrel is placed in the cabinet is physically isolated from the liquid supply pump and the control system to prevent the control components and metal parts from being corroded by volatile acid mist. The sampling area of the cabinet is equipped with a sampling valve, which can be used for sampling and analysis of acid.

2. Liquid supply source

3. Conveying system

3.1 Metering pump

3.2 Filters

Wet cleaning equipment has high cleanliness requirements for the required chemical solutions. Therefore, this system is added to the circulation filtration system, because the conveying solution is strong acid, so choose the filter of PFA material, and from the perspective of convenient use and replacement, the filter is separated from the shell and filter element.

3.3 Bubble remover

3.4 Liquid Supply pipeline

The liquid supply pipeline of the system is mainly composed of valves and pipe fittings. For the consideration of anti-corrosion and transportation safety, the liquid supply pipeline is generally used in double casing. 4. Control system

The system is controlled by PLC, and there are two modes of operation: automatic operation and manual operation. In automatic mode, when the liquid supply system receives the liquid supply demand signal from the equipment, it automatically runs the liquid supply program to complete the liquid dispensing operation. In manual mode, you can perform a one-step manual operation. The system also has the functions of leakage detection and emergency treatment, system fault diagnosis and solution consumption statistics.
