1. Chemical Dispense System (CDS)

2. CDS will be set in the chemical room: acid-base solution CDS system requires the placement of anti-corrosion chemical room;

3. Material description of the equipment (acid-base): The external structure of acid-base solution CDS is made of WPP 10T sheet, and the internal pipes and components are made of PFA material; Body material type: PFA or PTFE for corrosive chemicals.

4. The system delivers the chemical stock liquid to the use point of the process in the form of double barrels/single barrels of 20L, 200L, 1t, etc.;

5. Filter: equipped with 10 "PFA material filter housing;

6. Liquid supply pump: Each chemical liquid is equipped with two or one PTFE imported diaphragm pump;

7. Empty Sensor & Level Sensor: General static capacitance proximity switch for acid and base;

8. Leak detectors and alarms are provided in all chemical cabinets, manifold boxes and valve boxes.
